Randall’s career is nothing short of exemplary, with a journey that began humbly three decades ago. It all started back in 1995 when Randall was juggling his college education with a part-time job as a mail clerk and office assistant at a former employment screening firm. His rapid rise through the ranks was a testament to his abilities in customer service and operational efficiency.
After his graduation in 1997, Randall transitioned into a full-time role, where he continued to demonstrate his talent and tenacity. But it was in 1998, amidst the worries of the Y2K challenge, that Randall truly displayed his forward-thinking mindset with the development of a new computer application. This ensured the company was well-prepared for the Y2K Challenge.
The new century came with responsibilities for Randall as he moved into the Sales Department. Here, he worked closely with the VP of Sales to expand services and foster a team that would take the company to greater heights. His success here was undeniable, and by 2002, he found himself back in operations, this time as the Assistant Operations Manager due to the surge of new clients attracted by his efforts.
Promotions seemed to follow Randall as naturally as his passion for excellence. By 2006, he was the VP of Operations, managing a team of over 50 employees and ensuring seamless operations in the Charlotte office.
2008 marked the beginning of Randall's entrepreneurial journey when he co-founded "Secure Select Inc." The enterprise soared under his guidance and was ultimately acquired by Bchex in 2011. Randall was instrumental in broadening Bchex's services to include occupational health solutions, leading to the inception of OccuDx.
The consolidation of OccuDx and Bchex in 2019 saw Randall at the forefront once again, wielding his considerable expertise to unify the companies. His appointment as COO in May 2022 was a natural progression for a man who had been at the forefront of operational innovation and client satisfaction throughout his career.
