Savanna Baxter's journey with us began in November 2016, and almost eight years later, she has evolved from a Junior Web Developer to a cornerstone of our technical team as the Technical Program Manager. Her career trajectory is a testament to her dedication, technical prowess, and leadership skills.

Early Days and Rapid Growth

Savanna started her career with us as a Junior Web Developer, quickly making a name for herself with her knack for solving complex problems. Her unofficial promotion to Senior Software Engineer came as no surprise to her colleagues and management, who had already begun recognizing her as a leader within the team. This role allowed her to delve deeper into technical challenges and mentor her peers, setting the stage for her future advancements.

Significant Milestones

Savanna has been at the forefront of several key events in our company's history. She played a pivotal role during the acquisition of OccuDx and the sale of Rapidcourt in 2019. One of her most challenging and impressive feats was decoupling shared databases with our in-house criminal vendor within a tight two-week deadline. This task required meticulous planning and execution, and Savanna handled it with unparalleled expertise.

Her work with the Research department has been another highlight of her career. She has spearheaded multiple projects aimed at speeding up criminal searches and verifications, significantly reducing staff workload and enhancing processing times.

Innovations and Impact

In 2020, Savanna led the development and release of the Applicant Portal, a game-changing platform that allows applicants to log in, view the status of their applications, and submit disputes. This innovation not only improved the applicant experience but also drastically reduced the volume of calls and emails to Client Services, showcasing Savanna's ability to create solutions that benefit both clients and internal teams.

Stepping into Leadership

February 2024 marked Savanna's official transition to Technical Program Manager. In this role, she oversees the completion of all technical projects, reviews project proposals from third-party partners, and regularly updates the executive team on current project statuses. Her leadership ensures that our technical initiatives align with the company's strategic goals and are executed with precision.

Savanna Baxter's journey from a Junior Web Developer to Technical Program Manager is a story of growth, resilience, and innovation. Her contributions have been instrumental in our success, and we look forward to her continued leadership in driving our technical projects to new heights.
